Delete Your Data

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from the FindPRO Directory (findpro.ae and proservicesinuae.com) and the Business Council ERP operated by PRO-VIA Portal. This includes data associated with WhatsApp messages we send or receive (OTP, lead and notification messages).

How to request deletion

• Member PROs: log in to your account and use your dashboard to request account deletion, or submit the form below.
• Website visitors / people we contacted on WhatsApp: submit the form below (enter the same WhatsApp / phone number), or email info@proservicesinuae.com.
• Bar association members: contact your business council, or email us and we will coordinate deletion.

What happens

• We verify the request is from you (via your registered contact), then delete your personal data — profile details, contact numbers, messages and any data collected via WhatsApp/Meta — from our active systems.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request; you receive a confirmation.
• We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (e.g. financial/tax records of completed payments), for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted.
