This Privacy Policy explains how PRO-VIA Portal ("FindPRO", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your information across the FindPRO Directory (findpro.ae, proservicesinuae.com) and the Business Council ERP that we operate on behalf of business councils. By using our websites or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account & profile data — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, CNIC, city, PRO services, photo, and other details you provide as a PRO, bar member or website visitor.
Payment data — amounts, transaction references and the mobile-wallet/card details needed to process a payment (handled by our payment processors).
WhatsApp & messaging data — when we send or receive WhatsApp messages (one-time passcodes, lead notifications, bar notices, invitations and replies), we process your WhatsApp phone number, the message content and message metadata (delivery/read status, timestamps).
Technical data — IP address, device/browser information and basic usage logs.

How we use your information

Provide and operate our services — publishing PRO profiles, connecting clients with PROs, and running each business council's member system.
Send transactional messages you expect — one-time verification codes (OTP), lead and payment notifications, and (for bar members) official notices, announcements and event invitations from your business council — over SMS and/or the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Process orders, payments, upgrades and subscriptions.
Verify identity, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet business obligations.

WhatsApp / Meta

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to send and receive the messages described above. When you message us or receive a message from us on WhatsApp, your information is also processed by Meta/WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We message you only where you hold an account with us, have contacted us, or your business council has enrolled you — and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us operate, each for a specific purpose:

Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — WhatsApp message delivery.
Twilio — SMS and messaging delivery.
Stripe — payment processing.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — secure hosting and media storage.
OpenAI — limited text processing (e.g. transliteration), without selling your data.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to a business council for its own members.

Data retention

We keep your personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide our services. Some records (e.g. financial/tax records of completed payments) are retained for the minimum period required by law, after which they are deleted.

Your rights & data deletion

You can access and request correction of your data.
You can request deletion of your personal data — including data collected via WhatsApp/Meta — at any time. Use Delete Your Data to submit a request; we complete verified requests within 30 days.
You can opt out of marketing/announcement messages at any time.
You may choose not to place sensitive data in your public profile, or keep it hidden.

Security

We store personal data on secure servers, restrict access, and use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you where required by law.
