Pricing & Billing FAQs
What is the one-time enlistment fee?
The Basic plan is free for life, with a one-time enlistment fee of AED 99 to create your public profile. Silver and Gold have no enlistment fee.
What is the difference between Basic, Silver and Gold?
They differ by number of practice locations and areas, profile placement (bottom / middle / top), lead charges, bonus points and annual renewal — see the table above.
How do lead charges and AED Points work?
AED Points are your account balance used for premium placement and lead charges. Each plan has a daily required balance and a per-lead charge that decreases as you upgrade (Gold has AED 0 lead charges).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Silver or Gold at any time; if an annual renewal is not paid, the plan is automatically downgraded.
How does annual renewal work?
Silver and Gold renew yearly (490 and 990 AED Points respectively), deducted automatically. Basic remains free indefinitely.
Do you offer PRO Agency, Corporate or Business Council plans?
Yes — these are custom enterprise plans with multi-user, multi-tenant access and dedicated modules. Contact our team for a tailored quote.
